A Microsoft Surface Laptop is beautifully thin, but it is also one of the hardest machines to service: the display is glued and opens from the front, so it has to be heated and lifted with a vacuum cup, and the screen, battery and Alcantara keyboard are Microsoft-only parts that are hard to source in Vietnam.
